摘要

•The difference of ion–dipole interaction was studied to illustrate the phase separation behavior.•Relative dielectric constant and ET(30) to water were proposed as rapid method of CPCAs development.•The CO2 cyclic capacity of CPCA composed of MEA + 1,4-dioxane + H2O was 49.0% higher than that of 30 wt% MEA.
