摘要
•BLA 5-HT1B receptors regulated anxiety-like behaviors in sham and 6-OHDA rats.•Activation or blockade of the 5-HT1B receptors excited or inhibited BLA neurons.•The 5-HT1B receptors regulated GABA, glutamate, DA and 5-HT release in the BLA.•The lesion decreased the response of BLA neurons to 5-HT1B receptor stimulation.•DA depletion decreased the activity of 5-HT1B receptor-AC-PKA signal pathway.
