摘要

We propose a novel microLED pixel circuit for mobile and wearable displays. For Normal and AOD mode operation, we applied PWM & PAM hybrid driving and PAM driving, respectively. Under the 4‐duty emission condition, we confirmed that the V th compensation of the PWM unit, and the grayscale expression for each mode.
