Over recent decades, the agricultural research sector has paid attention to sustainable agriculture advancement through effective insect pest management and better crop protection strategies. The nanotechnology-based inventions have also made a solid track for agricultural modernization. The recent nanotechnology-derived nanoemulsions have received a significant share among all formulation approaches on agrochemicals. Nanoemulsion is a self-emulsifying colloidal framework with a nano internal phase dispersed as a fluid with a stable preparation. It holds large surface area, which improves affinity and enhance delivery towards target site. However, it is possible to design a novel standpoint for pests and pest-mediated diseases by tuning and altering the physicochemical stability of agroactive molecules. In addition, the green synthesis process enables the synthesis of nanopesticides from natural sources such as plants, microbes, and their derivatives. However, the low water solubility of this organic compound reduces its viability. Nonionic surfactant-based pesticides offer exceptional plant protection against pests compared with other surfactants. These nano-enabled pesticides limit the dosage level of pesticide; the pest resistance mechanism improves plant growth; and the continued release of agro-energetic compounds reduces toxicity against nontarget organisms, improving the human and environmental health profile. In this way, nonionic green nanoemulsion nanotechnology creates a new sustainable agriculture approach with great economic potential. It is a cost-effective, unique, plant-beneficial tool answering soil ecology and environmental security concerns. This context profoundly highlights the significance of nonionic green-based nanopesticides in sustainable agriculture. In addition, it provides new insights into the orthodox effects of nanopesticides on environmental impact with integrated pest control and disease management.
