Worsening Leg Weakness With A Mediastinal Mass

An infant presents with progressive lower extremity weakness and bowel and bladder dysfunction in the setting of a large posterior mediastinal mass extending to the epidural cervicothoracic spine with cord compression. The team is consulted for neurosurgical evaluation and management.
