Cathodes Coating Layer with Li‐Ion Diffusion Selectivity Employing Interactive Network of Metal‐Organic Polyhedras for Li‐Ion Batteries (Small 5/2023)

Metal–Organic Polyhedra Surface modification of Ni-rich cathode is essential for advancing high energy density and long-term stability for Li-ion batteries. Metal-organic polyhedra decorated with acyl groups (MOPAC) is coated on the cathode by spray method. The Ni-rich cathodes coated with MOPAC offering Li-ion selectivity and facile electron transport exhibit enhanced structural stability and gas suppression even at high voltage.
