Biologic Outcomes Among US Subspecialist-treated Adults with Severe Asthma and Allergic Disease: Results from the CHRONICLE Study

Biologic therapies can improve outcomes for patients with severe asthma (SA). Based on the mechanisms of approved biologics, outcomes could vary by type of biologic (e.g., anti-IgE versus other) in patients with allergic disease. We examined exacerbation rates before and after biologic initiation among US subspecialist-treated adults with SA and diagnosed allergic rhinitis.
