Crosstalk between Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) Pathway and IL-13 Signaling in Human Keratinocytes and Implications for Atopic Dermatitis
Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology(2023)
摘要
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an allergic skin disease mediated by skin barrier dysfunction and an IL-13-driven immune response. The aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) is a sensor molecule that is activated by numerus environmental ligands, some of which have shown promise in clinical trials of AD. Therefore, we hypothesized that the AHR pathway can attenuate IL-13-induced responses.
