摘要
Autoreactive lymphocytes and autoantibodies are factors of specific regulation of proliferative activity of cells and tissues of the body. Like any other mechanism of physiological regulation of functions, it has its own physiological boundaries, within which normal regulation is carried out. Going beyond these limits can lead, on the one hand, to the development of an autoimmune disease, on the other to the development of a tumor. Going beyond the boundaries of normal regulation will cause the development of diseases. The idea of a link between autoimmunity and carcinogenesis is not new, according to the hypothesis, autoreactive lymphocytes, in turn, are the object of specific regulation by anti-idiotypic lymphocytes, which are an element of the immune network. Within the framework of the hypothesis, it is necessary to find out: (i) are there really autoreactive lymphocytes in the peripheral blood that can respond to autologous cells and affect their proliferative activity;(ii) do natural autoantibodies affect the proliferative activity of autologous cells., correlated in the studied samples of lymphocytes, thyroid cells, and samples when they were Co-cultured. A normalizing effect was found in the change in the proliferative activity of cells in the Co-cultivation of lymphocytes and autologous thyroid cells.
