Variable Universe Fuzzy Control of Synchronization Error Compensation for Networked Multi-Motor System

Networked multi-motor synchronous control system has been widely used in industry for its good flexibility and extensibility. Aiming at the synchronization control problem of networked multi-motor system, an improved compensation control strategy of synchronization error of deviation coupling based on variable universe fuzzy control is proposed to reduce the synchronization error during start-stop and disturbance. In this paper, the synchronization error and compensation control strategy of synchronization error of multi-motor system are analyzed. The improved compensation control strategy of synchronization error of deviation coupling includes two aspects. Firstly, on the basis of the traditional structure, error factor is added to improve the coupling between the motors. Secondly, variable universe fuzzy PD control is used as synchronization error compensation algorithm to realize dynamic synchronization error compensation. Finally, the simulation model of networked three-motor deviation coupling synchronous control system is established using TrueTime toolbox. The results show that the improved compensation control strategy of synchronization error of deviation coupling can obviously improve the synchronization performance of the system.
