With the increasing life expectancy and improved quality of life, the conventional prosthodontic removable treatment modalities are being replaced with implant retained fixed prostheses. A full-arch conventional rehabilitation of edentulous ridges requires six to ten dental implants. However, some patients demand fixed implant-supported prostheses inspite of medical conditions and economic concerns.
