摘要

•This study on intracoronary imaging of proximal lesions comprises 3623 propensity matched pairs.•Intracoronary imaging was associated with lower rates of target lesion revascularization and better survival.•Results appear to be primarily driven by improved outcome of left main coronary artery lesions.•Centers with a frequent use of intracoronary imaging had lower rates of TLR.
