摘要
In aerospace industry, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plates (CFRPs) play an important role for their excellent properties. Delamination is the most common defect in CFRPs, which greatly affects the mechanical properties. The hidden position of the delamination results in the detection barrier, especially at the early stage. The diffusion law is used to describe the wave intensity after being scattered multiple times. The purpose of this paper is to identify the influence of delamination on diffusion parameters. 45% diffusivity variation can be obtained for a progressive change delamination with a diameter of 15 mm. For smaller size delamination, the diffusivity variation is also sensitive to the delamination change at 2.2MHz inspection here. The ability of this method to early detect delamination is confirmed by simulation.
