Combined use of voltage mapping and right ventriculography to guide ablation for arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy ventricular tachycardia:a case report
Research Square (Research Square)(2022)
摘要
Abstract Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) is a familial inherited cardiomyopathy associated with ventricular arrhythmias. With the development of molecular biology, histology, imaging, and other diagnostic techniques, the diagnosis rate and incidence of ARVC have gradually increased. However, ARVC remains rare in clinical practice. Currently, there is no specific treatment to eliminate arrhythmia. In this case report, we describe a clinical case of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of ARVC with ventricular tachycardia and discuss the relevant literature.
