Predictors Of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Derived From Coronary Ct Angiography In Patients With Chronic Coronary Syndromes

Introduction: Coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) provides detailed information on coronary plaques that could be helpful in selecting patients amenable for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We aimed to identify anatomical (e.g. lesion location and stenosis severity) and morphological plaque features predictors of PCI and create a multiparametric score to further increase the predictive yield. Moreover, we assessed the incremental predictive value of FFRCT (Fractional Flow Reserve derived from CCTA) trans-lesion gradient (DFFRCT) when integrated in the score.
