摘要
•High burnup LOCA TH conditions are assessed for use in FFRD calculations.•Baseline TRACE model agrees with prototypic large break LOCA behavior from BEMUSE.•Large break LOCA cladding behavior is quantified for 281 high burnup fuel rods.•High burnup PCT response depends strongly on LHR and weakly on burnup.•Burnup at local PCT location is typically less than the rod-average burnup.
