Multi-trajectories of health-related quality of life and their associated factors in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma: A longitudinal study

We report the presence of heterogeneity in HRQoL trajectories among patients with NPC, and found that older age, advanced T stage, and higher EBV DNA level before treatment were significantly associated with poor HRQoL trajectories. Further studies are needed to examine the generalizability of these identified HRQoL trajectories and their associations with psychosocial and survival outcomes.
