摘要

•Semi-quantification by western blotting was useful for the specific detection of proHp in sera.•Serum proHp level correlated with clinical stage and prognosis.•∼50% CRC specimens contained immune cells positive for 10-7G mAb.•ProHp overexpression promoted EMT-like changes and migration of CRC cells in vitro.
