摘要

•Core-shell CNTs@NiFe LDH is synthesized in situ with excellent OER activity.•The CNTs@NiFe LDH shows photothermal effect especially in infrared region.•A ST-PSC mini-module is fabricated with proper voltage and infrared transmittance.•Full spectrum solar hydrogen production is realized with a STH efficiency of 13.2%.
