Validation du questionnaire sur la capacite evaluative des organisations et ses determinants (QCEOD)

Tis article describes the design and validation process of the "questionnaire sur la capacite evaluative des organisations et ses determinants" (QCEOD). In total, 282 respondents from two diferent organizations completed the questionnaire which, in its fnal version, contains between 70 and 108 items. Internal consistency analysis combined with confrmatory factor analysis confrmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Te limits and implications of these results for research and practice, particularly in relation to evaluation capacity building (ECB), are discussed.
