摘要
In different fields, there is much utilization of flow phenomenon with mediated contraction and dilation such as welding of the hot plate, cardiovascular drugs, food processing, rheological testing, etc. Moreover, when the flow of blood is augmented in the arteries then the dilated/ contracted flow mechanism occurs in the arteries. By examining a wide range of implementations of such flows, the moto of this current article is to investigate the mediated contraction/dilation flow in a non-Newtonian Prandtl fluid through a deformable horizontal channel. The walls of the channel are assumed to be stretchable and permeable for the injection of the same concerned fluid into the flow field so that the volume of the flow mechanism is sustained. To scrutinize the mechanism of heat transfer, the impact of thermal radiation with Rosseland approximation is executed. Velocity and temperature distributions with suction-contraction and injection-dilation are discussed corresponding to the pertinent parameters. With the dilation of the channel, the permeation Reynolds number inclines the nature of the flow velocity but with the channel contraction, the velocity field exhibits the reducing behavior.
