Leadership Feedback Reduction: Are High Flyers Flying in the Dark?
CONSULTING PSYCHOLOGY JOURNAL-PRACTICE AND RESEARCH(2023)
摘要
This study examined the narrative feedback that leaders received as part of a multisource feedback assessment. Findings indicated that leaders who were rated as highly effective were more likely to experience feedback reduction than their low- to average-effectiveness peers. This effect was found among ratings provided by supervisors, peers, and direct reports. Implications and recommendations are discussed.
