摘要
The problem of the Historical Built Environment (HBE) and risk factors representation in the Building Information Modelling (BIM)-based model is a debated topic in literature. The complex and variety of geometry and features of existing buildings and urban open spaces (OSs) raise the issue of their representation, both in terms of geometric model and information details. In the recent literature, much attention is given to the organization of workflow from the survey and data acquisition phase to the implementation phase, but most of them are focusing on single buildings or small aggregates. Moreover, there is a lack of studies that focuses on the mesoscale representation and its relationship with multi-risk assessments in BIM-based models, which include buildings, infrastructures, and Open Spaces (OSs). Considering the interoperability for the information exchange, the authors develop a specific workflow to support the setting up of integrated surveys, the related BIM models, and its risk factors parametrization to create a multi-hazard scenario. Parameters implementation in Revit BIM software and the opportunity to develop an interoperable standard are introduced and discussed.
