摘要

•Large and thermally stable d33* ∼ 550 pm/V with small hysteresis 18% achieved.•Novel poling method was adopted to poled in a strong magnetic field.•An enhanced d33 of 436 pC/N and a high TC of 455 °C were achieved simultaneously.•A new phase diagram was developed for the BFxBT ceramics.
