摘要
•Dynamics and heat transfer properties of Taylor-Couette flow with magnetic field are analyzed.•Temperature distribution exhibit anisotropy with the magnetic field.•Vortex in the slit region expands and changes numbers with the magnetic field.•The increase in heat transfer properties is evaluated from the magnetic field mechanism.•Entropy generation decreases with the increasing magnetic field intensity.
