This paper presents the design of a nanomagnet-based Ising machine where the stochasticity of low barrier magnetic tunneling junctions (MTJ) and their programmable dipole interaction is exploited to map quadratic unconstrained binary optimization (QUBO) problems on a nanomagnet network.
