Introduction: Pituitary apoplexy is a clinical syndrome caused by ischemia or hemorrhage of the pituitary gland, typically in the context of an adenoma. Traditionally, it presents with thunderclap headache and visual deficits. However, in this report, we identify a case of pituitary apoplexy which initially presented with the signs and symptoms of viral meningitis.
