Representative images are shown for YAP localization changes, by immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy. HBEC-3 cells were transfected by inactive siNeg (upper lane), siRASS1A, siYAP or siRASSF1A plus siYAP (lower lane) and monitored 12, 24, 36 and 48h after transfection for YAP. The cells were stained by Yap primary antibody (Green) followed by Alexa488 conjugated secondary antibody, along with DAPI for DNA (Blue).
