SF1: Two model systems of NME mediated motility suppression; SF2: NME overexpression has reduced surface receptors and pHrodo® Red-EGF staining predominantly merged with early endosomes (Rab5); SF3: NME failed to suppress motility in the presence of dynamin inhibitors; SF4: DNM2 depletion has no effect on NME1 NDPK activity and histidine auto-phosphorylation but causes motility reversal; SF5: NME mutants fail to induce tumor cell endocytosis (TfR and EGFR); SF6: NME mutants fail to inhibit EGFR signaling, despite co-immunoprecipitation; SF7: No detectable phosphotransfer between NME1 and DNM2.
