Supplementary Figure 1 from RKI-1447 Is a Potent Inhibitor of the Rho-Associated ROCK Kinases with Anti-Invasive and Antitumor Activities in Breast Cancer

MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells were treated with either vehicle or RKI-1447 for 1 hour and processed for western immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies as described under Materials and Methods.
