Does the Firm’s Size Matter on Organizational Resilience?

In this paper we analyze any kind of relationship between the firm’s size and the organizational resilience. First, we present two existing frameworks of organizational resilience that propose a set of resilience indicators. Then we discuss on data published by the Spanish Institute for the Statistics if the firm’s size has been a relevant factor for organizational survival during the last two world economic crisis: 2008 financial crisis and the recent COVID 19 pandemic.
