Adsorption of porcine pulmonin can reduce the toxicity of gold nanorods and reduce lung injury

It is well known that porcine lung phospholipid injection (Curosurf) can effectively inhibit lung inflammation and reduce inflammatory cell damage to lung tissue, but whether it can reduce nanoparticles damage to lung remains to be seen. Poractant was co-incubated with gold nanorods as the model particle in this study to adsorb poractant on the surface of gold nanorods. Elisa kit was used to determine the adsorption degree of human lung surfactant associated protein poractant on the surface of gold nanorods.
