Cosmetic delivery system for mulberry root extract emulsions

One of the crucial factors involved in improving the functionality of cosmetics is having many stable, water-soluble, and functional substances in the base material of the oil phase. In this report, we demonstrate that emulsions prepared by mixing water and oil in the presence of a stabilizer can be one of the methods to achieve this improvement. The water-in-oil emulsions containing mulberry root extract remain stable for > 14 days. These emulsions effectively deliver the internal mulberry root extract into the cells after coming into contact with the cells.
