the mostimportantcomponentsofwhichisthegelelectrolyte.Thedualnetworkgelelectrolytefor PAM/P123zincion batteries wasprepared byfreeradicalpolymerization.It wasfoundthatthe addition of a small amount oftriblock copolymer P123 can macroscopicallyimprove the tensile strength,toughnessandcompressivestrengthofthegelelectrolyte.Microscopically,thegelskeleton forms0.6 mu m mesoporesandincreasesthesurfaceporedistributiondensity,therebyimprovingthe wettabilityoftheelectrolyte.ThePAM/P123serieselectrolytesnotonlyhaveahighaverageswelling rate,butalsohaveahigherconductivitythanpurePAM electrolyteintherangeof-30 degrees C to65 degrees C. Amongwhich,PAM/P123-2isaseriesofelectrolytes withthebestperformance,withanaverage swellingrateof1920.79%,andtheconductivityat0 degrees C is36.2 mS center dot cm-1.TheZn/MnO2 battery preparedbyusing PAM/P123-2gelelectrolyteisstable duringcyclingat0 degrees C,withthecapacity retentionratereaching82.39% after1000cycles.
