A Product Design Scheme Based on Knowledge Graph of Material Properties

Materials are the material basis of product design. In addition to considering the function and structure of the product, the product design of contemporary enterprises should also fully consider the material characteristics. Material characteristics will not only restrict the shape of the product, but also affect the product structure, and even more, it will affect the quality of the product. Therefore, how to rationally use materials for product design has become a new research. On this basis, this paper proposes a product design scheme based on the knowledge graph of material properties. First, the knowledge in the material properties is defined as subject-function-structure through the triple method; secondly, the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) method is used to first extract entities and then extract relationships to construct a knowledge map; then combine the product function expression model to generate a product design scheme; Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the program is carried out.
