摘要
•A series of P(DTC-co-CL) were synthesized and the in vitro enzymatic degradation of P(DTC-co-CL) was investigated.•The mass loss and changes in PCL content during degradation indicated the degradation of PCL segments was more rapid since the prior cleavage of ester bonds under the catalysis activity of lipase enzymes.•The changes in micro and macro morphological of P(DTC-co-CL) during degradation were recorded.•P(DTC-co-CL) possessed a tunable degradation rate, which was a promising candidate for biomedical applications.
