Synthesis, In Silico Analysis, and Larvicidal Activity of New Bis-oxadiazole Derivatives

Twelve new 2,2′-bi(1,2,4-oxadiazole) derivatives containing heterocyclic and long-chain substit­uents have been synthesized by the condensation of aldehyde azines and oximes. In silico studies of these compounds revealed their good drug likeness and drug score. Some of the synthesized compounds showed moderate to excellent larvicidal activity.
