Total hip arthroplasty for displaced femoral neck fracture: Survey of orthopaedic surgeons in Ontario, Canada.

This survey identified several patient and surgeon-level factors that were associated with treatment recommendation for THA. Hemiarthroplasty remains the more common treatment for this patient population for multiple reasons. There is potential for differential access to care when the factors driving treatment decisions are unrelated to the patient.
