A new approach for routing in Cloud MANET

A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a decentralized network that provides multiple emergency services. The integration of MANET with cloud technologies aims to achieve a high speed of data transfer while simultaneously reducing latency and costs. Routing protocols designed for Cloud MANET must be flexible and able to adapt to the dynamic characteristics of these networks. This article introduces a new routing model in Cloud MANET. The experimental part of the article compares the standard AODV reactive routing protocol and the AODV protocol with an embedded cloud node. According to the results of the comparison, the implementation of cloud technologies increases the packet delivery ratios, reduces packet loss and end-to-end delay, and increases network throughput.
