摘要

Rotationplasty is an option for limb salvage for young patients with lower extremity tumors. The results of this study reveal fewer fixation complications when an IMN can be used. As such, IMN fixation should be considered for patients undergoing a rotationplasty, though equipoise should be shown by surgeons when determining technique.
