Total Elbow Replacement Compared To Humeral Hemiarthroplasty For Distal Humeral Fractures: A Registry Analysis Of 807 Patients

The primary aim of this study was to compare the revision rates of Distal Humeral Hemiarthroplasty (HA) and Total Elbow Replacement (TER) to treat distal humerus fractures at a nationwide level using the Australian Orthopaedic Association National Joint Replacement Registry (AOANJRR). Secondary aims were to determine effect of age and gender on revision rates, and review reasons for revision.
