摘要
This study proposes an innovative joint with grouted channel steel connection that can satisfy the complete decoration requirements of modular steel buildings (MSB) and adequate allowable installation tolerances to accommodate imperfections. Quasi-static testing of four full-size T-shaped joints was carried out, and the seismic properties of the grouted joints were evaluated in detail through initial stiffness, bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity. The results show that the axial force ratio has little effect on the seismic properties of the joints; the bearing capacity of the joints with stiffener is increased by 12.6%. The stiffness and bearing capacity of the joints are analyzed. Both beams can achieve full-section yielding, and the joint can meet the requirements of full-strength joints. Finally, through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the bearing capacity calculation method of grouted connection is obtained, and the corresponding design methods and suggestions are given, which provide the basis for the use of grouted connections in MSB.
