摘要

•Synthesis of undoped and Sn-doped V2O3 thin-films by pulsed laser deposition.•V2O3 and Sn-doped V2O3 showed uniform coating on G/Al surface.•Cathode of (Sn-doped) V2O3 coatings improve electrochemical performance in LiBs.•Doping V2O3 with Sn displayed long-term stability and good capacity retention.
