AI-3000K Infrared line list for hot CO2

•Hot CO2 IR line list covering 0 – 20,000 cm−1 and up to 3000 K.•CDSD2019-based PES refinement and one of the best CO2 DMS are adopted.•Using CDSD2019 energy levels (J < 150 and E' < 24,000 cm−1) for more accurate line positions.•Using the more accurate A21 of Ames-2021 296K IR line list for E' < 15,000 cm−1 transitions.•Better overall agreement with Shock Tube experiments up to 2000 K, compared to HITEMP and UCL-4000.
