摘要
Burnout is prevalent across plastic surgery trainees from diverse countries. Increased work hours were associated with burnout, whereas access to wellness programs and higher resilience scores were "protective." Our data suggest that efforts to build resilience may mitigate burnout in plastic surgery trainees.
