Design of portable high-speed oscilloscope analyzer for multifunctional integrated signal testing

•A portable high-speed oscilloscope analyzer is designed completely.•A modularized scheme is proposed for the multifunctional miniaturized design.•The oscilloscope analyzer can be used for integrated signal testing.•It has 2.2 GHz analog sampling bandwidth, 5GSPS sampling rate, 12-bit resolution.•It also integrates an arbitrary waveform generation with 110 MHz bandwidth.
