摘要
•Pure forsterite phase was obtained at 1000 °C by using high-dispersion and nanoparticle synthesis.•The forsterite showed dielectric properties with εr = 3.9 and tanδ = 4.74 × 10−4 at 1 GHz.•Potential candidate group of dielectric materials for ultra-high frequency communication.
