•Avoided mode-crossing induces the strong frequency shift and enhances the local dispersion.•Benefitted from the strong local dispersion, native mode spaced microcomb is directly formed.•The Turing pattern provides a potential field to capture and sustain single soliton without experiencing the high-noise MI state.
