Journal author funding sources and conflict of interest disclosures in travel medicine.

Failure to fully disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources in biomedical and clinical research erodes public confidence in the academic integrity of research publications. This study is the first of its kind to analyse the funding and conflict disclosures in a leading travel medicine journal.
