摘要
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) is effective for alleviating treatment-resistant depression (TRD). It has been proposed that left DLPFC regions anti-correlated with the subgenual anterior cingulate cortex (sgACC) may represent optimal individualized target sites for excitatory rTMS. This study aimed to explore the effects of sgACC connectivity during inhibitory right DLPFC rTMS, using concurrent rTMS-fMRI to directly observe rTMS effects and a personalized e-field to measure stimulation over the cortex.
